Railway fit

Independent project — not affiliated with Railway. Correct framing for evaluators.

Do not pitch “Railway lacks backups.” Railway provides volumes, incremental/scheduled backups, Postgres PITR, logical dumps, and live resize. Documented limits still include same-project/env native restore and wipe removing volume backups.

Value proposition

A general-purpose state lifecycle engine for arbitrary volume-backed workloads: deployment-safe mobility, ENGINE_PROVIDED portable archives, verified restoration, fire drills, and transactional cutover beyond database-specific tooling.
