# Evaluation License — PhantomInfra

**Effective for:** repository access, local builds, and the public Workers demo

## Grant

A limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use PhantomInfra **only** for:

1. Technical evaluation and security review;
2. Acquisition / investment diligence under NDA;
3. Interaction with the public live demo.

## Allowed

- Clone, build, test, and bench locally  
- Exercise OpenAPI / playground / proof endpoints  
- Share findings internally with diligence advisors under confidentiality  

## Not allowed

- Production workloads or customer-facing services  
- Redistribution of source (public forks for commercial productization)  
- Removal of copyright or proprietary notices  
- Claiming the software is open source or MIT-licensed  
- Training competing products by systematically extracting proprietary design docs beyond fair evaluation  

## Term

Continues until terminated by the copyright holder or superseded by a commercial license or acquisition agreement. Upon termination, destroy evaluation copies except as required by law or archival policy.

## Public demo

The Worker at `https://phantominfra-edge.matthewlooney5.workers.dev` is provided for demonstration under this evaluation license, with no uptime or data-retention SLA.
